Prepared for 3d Leisure

The Emeraé Standard
Emeraé is built around a simple principle: additional therapist support should protect the guest experience, not dilute it. Treatment quality matters, but so does presentation, communication, reliability and the correct fit with the environment.
Professional foundation
Minimum 3 years professional spa therapy experience
Minimum Level 3 Beauty or Massage Therapy qualification
Recognised training such as VTCT, ITEC, City & Guilds, CIDESCO or CIBTAC
Valid insurance
Right to work confirmed
Professional background reviewed
Guest environment fit
Experience in premium spa, hotel, members’ club or luxury wellness environments
Strong massage foundation, with treatment capability aligned to the venue
Impeccable presentation and grooming
Calm, discreet and guest-aware communication
Therapists are considered for a venue based on standard, treatment requirement and environmental fit, not availability alone.
Assessment before placement
01
Site visit and context
Emeraé visits the spa to understand the treatment environment, guest journey and operational expectations.
02
Trade assessment
The spa assesses treatment quality, presentation and fit directly.
03
Induction before first cover
If successful, the therapist is briefed on your standards, guest journey, SOPs and treatment-room expectations before any guest-facing work.
Guide planned-cover rates
Weekday therapist cover
£23 per hour
Weekend therapist cover
£25 per hour
Bank holiday cover
£35 per hour
Emergency same-day cover
£50–£75 per hour
Planned cover usually works to a 6-hour minimum shift. Shorter treatment windows can be considered depending on the requirement, notice period and therapist required.
Selected for each environment
Emeraé does not send broad therapist lists.
When support is required, we make a considered introduction based on the treatment requirement, availability, presentation, communication style and suitability for the spa environment.
For 3d Leisure, each introduction would be tailored to the relevant property, taking into account its guest profile, service standards, treatment offering and the way the spa operates.

Recommended next step
The most useful next step would be a short conversation to understand where therapist support may be most relevant across the 3d Leisure portfolio.
From there, Emeraé can speak with the appropriate spa manager, understand the individual site requirements and share a small number of suitable therapist profiles for review.
Where helpful, a trade assessment can then be arranged before any cover is confirmed.
This page has been prepared for 3d Leisure following our conversation. Please treat the information as confidential and for internal review only.
